VXT Capital Announces Strategic Alliance with Hasbro Inc. to Develop Themed Experiences in Mexico

HASBRO INC. and VXT Negocios, through their mutual fund VXT Capital, are pleased to announce the execution of an exclusiveness agreement with Hasbro, under the license model to design, build, and operate Family Entertainment Theme Centers of Hasbro in Mexico. Some of these family and iconic brands of Hasbro include: TRANSFORMERS, MY LITTLE PONY, MONOPOLY, POWER RANGERS, POTATO HEAD, NERF, among many others.

The objective of this strategic alliance between VXT and Hasbro is to create unique, interactive, and innovating entertainment experiences for audiences of all ages in Mexico, through different concepts that include Edutainment, Social Play, Creative & Physical Play, in addition to offers of theme foods based on the extensive portfolio of the best-known family brands of Hasbro.
